KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, DAYA SAING PASAR DAN HARAPAN PENDAPATAN PADA MASYARAKAT PERKOTAAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1)  untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM), daya saing pasar dan harapan pendapatan masyarakat perkotaan, (2) menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi SDM dengan daya saing pasar; (3) menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi SDM dengan harapan pendapatan;  (4) mengetahui dan menganalisis struktur model hubungan kompetensi SDM,  daya saing pasar dan harapan pendapatan masyarakat perkotaan.  Desain penelitian adalah kualitatif-kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan interview. Sampel penelitian adalah 100 responden. Interview dilakukan terhadap 10 orang informan. Data kuesioner diuji dengan analisis faktor. Data penelitian diuji dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompetensi sumber daya manusia perkotaan meliputi kompetensi kognitif, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi individual; (2) hubungan antara masing-masing kompetensi dengan daya saing sangat lemah, namun hubungan antara kompetensi kognitif, sosial dan individual dengan daya saing pasar sangat kuat; (3) hubungan antara kompetensi SDM dengan harapan pendapatan sangat kuat; (4) Hasil pengujian dengan SEM-Amos ditemukan model struktur hubungan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, daya saing pasar dan harapan pendapatan perkotaan sangat tepat. Kekuatan ekonomi perkotaan didasari oleh kompetensi (kognitif, sosial, dan individual) sebagai satu kesatuan, daya saing dan ekpektasi masyarakat.
