ANALISIS LINGKUNGAN PERUSAHAAN SEBAGAI PERENCANAAN STRATEGI BISNIS PADA BANK PERKREDITAN RAKYAT(BPR) DI KABUPATEN BADUNG

Abstract

Performance is achievement of coorporate goals. Achievement of a company's performance can not be separated from the influence of environmental factors, both internal and external environment. This means that every company should try to observe and analyze the environment to determine opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses in order to select and implement the right company strategy. The implementation of the strategy will lead company to increase their performance. The achievement of the increasing performance causes a company to exist and develop.The purpose of this study is to determine what variables are the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats that the BPR has and know the strategies that apply to existing BPR in Badung regency. The research location is in Badung regency. The selection of Badung regency as a research location because Badung has more BPR number than other area. The object of this research is to formulate the business development strategy of BPR based on external and internal environment.Research data is collected by interviewing several source whom has a knowledge abaout BPR condition in this case is Perbarindo Bali. Based on the analysis result, the IFAS BPR value is at 3.03, while the EFAS value shows the value of 2.73. This value is in the range 2.51-3.25 which means that BPR is in the Good category. This value is then implemented in IE diagram showing that BPR is in quadrant IV which means BPR is in growing condition.
